:Obviously! BUT I said at the same boost levels. IE, my turbos making 14psi vs stock turbos running 14psi, my turbos will be cooler, and my EGTs too. Sure you could have high EGTs on huge turbos, but at a lot higher boost. TD-06s @ 14psi are going to be a lot cooler than my turbos.
Right. And hence my comment, with that extra flow with the bigger turbos, it will complicate the problem by making fuel less scarce and increasing possibility of damage by a too lean condition.
:Well if Coz and Chip buy it, I certainly do. I've seen many many people successfully run 17psi on an all stock setup (save stage III components). Even had a few people tell me about hitting 18psi and being fine (on a dyno at that - A/F was not lean). I've read a lot here too. That's what my 7x,xxx hits will get you, not your 7,xxx :) Not to mention the 100,000+ hits from Coz and Chip, and the fact that they sell Z parts and work on Zs as businesses.

:See above. Lean on 14psi though? Maybe you should check out your fuel pressure, that doesn't sound right.

:I don't mean to be in an arguing battle here, I'm just saying what I've read on here, learned on here, and experienced myself. 1,000 miles of 15-16psi on Sport 500s/stock injectors has yielded no problems, and no audible detonation. :And again, I'm not trying argue with you, just playing the points I feel that I'm fairly certain on :)
